Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Wardobe, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use MatchedWear™ for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software, algorithms, or systems contained on MatchedWear™
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transmit the materials to anyone else or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the service

3. Prohibited Technical Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or structure of any part of the MatchedWear™ platform, including its recommendation engine, matching logic, or any proprietary systems.
• Scraping: You may not use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any other means to extract, harvest, or collect data, content, product listings, designer information, or any other materials from the platform without express written consent.
• Copying Platform Structure: You may not replicate, clone, or imitate the platform's architecture, design patterns, user interface, features, or business logic for the purpose of building a competing or derivative product.
• Bypassing Platform Controls: You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or other technical restrictions of the platform.
• Unauthorized API Access: You may not access the platform's APIs, backend systems, or data stores through means other than the interfaces we explicitly provide and authorize.

Violations of this section may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable computer fraud, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account on Wardobe, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Wardobe and/or its suppliers own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages from the platform for personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit to Wardobe. By submitting content, you grant Wardobe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for platform operations and improvements.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Wardobe or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Wardobe, even if Wardobe or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Modifications

Wardobe may revise these terms of service without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
